		<description><![CDATA[It took me 10 minutes to drive the 15km from our house to drop Ronèl at Cape Town International Airport at 7.30am the other day (Friday, April 13!) then 63 minutes to retrace my route - along a triple lane motorway with a fast lane for buses, taxis, police cars, ambulances AND many motorbikes AND many motorists deliberately flouting the law forbidding their use of the lane during the ill-termed rush hour(s).
